Today my mom got chased by a rat snake. There are not any fangs and two of them are living in our backyard and they are not poisonous. but they are big black and scary.
Wow! One day I found a snake too under a rock. First I thought it was rope and I touched it. It was a gardner snake. My cousin has a pet corn snake. I've never seen a rat snake. Cool!---Rowan
I'm an American writer/cyclist/surfer living in Beijing, China.
Yes, China.
This blog is recording the crazy, funny, ludicrous details of this absurd life!
I am also mother to nearly-9-yr-old Rufus-Lucas, the master of the second blog I "own." Blogspot will not let a child sign up for an account; hence my name on his blog.
I hope you enjoy reading my entries. My goal is to make you laugh out loud without lying about life!
Please, please leave comments. They help me feel connected to my world outside of China. Cheers!
wow - sure is lucky that mom is fast!
